The new softer Auto Clay is ideally suited for claying intricate areas of modern panel folds. Perfect for the regular detailer to keep silky smooth paintwork with the absolute minimum of effort and fuss.
Contamination can consist of tiny metallic particles from brake dust and industrial fallout, to non-metallic substances such as tree sap, bird droppings, road tar. It affects all paint finishes and can cause serious damage if left untreated.
To assess the degree of contamination on your car's finish simply rub your fingers gently over the freshly washed paint. If your paint needs to be clayed you will feel a gritty texture. It is usual to find that panels such as bonnets, roof and boot lids are most affected.
Clay bar removes these particles effortlessly from contaminated surfaces leaving a glass smooth, ultra clean finish. A clay prepared paint surface is not only free of damaging particles but will provide better shine and durability when treated with Auto-Balm.
Auto Clay differs from most clay bars as its formulation enables normal tap water to provide the necessary lubrication.
Includes 200g bar and storage box.
